Mechanical: Heating, cooling, sanitary and waste ventilation and fire systems.
Electrical: Inner and outer illumination, transforrrk generator, fıre alarm, low voltage and weak current systems.
Environmental Design: Forestation, sodding, decoration poolF open — air car park and playgrounds, automated irrigation.
