Mechanical: Heating, cooling, sanitary and waste wRt9i- ventilation and fire systems.
Electrical: Inner and outer illumination, transformr generator, fire alarm, low voltage and weak current systems.
Environmental Design: Forestation, sodding, decoration pools, open — air car park and playgrounds, automated irrigation.
