Function: Construction of 14 storey luxurious residence, 2 buildings, 190 luxurious residences total in two buildings.
Construction Program: 190 luxurious residences total, closed ar park and depot for every luxurious residence, open air and indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, hudayolu (According to the Turkmen adition, place for preparing meal and serving to everyone), management nd service units.
Mechanical: Heating, cooling, sanitary and waste water, ventilation and fire systems.
Electrical: Inner and outer illumination, transformer, generator, fire alarm, low voltage and weak current systems.
Environmental Design: Forestation, sodding, decoration pools, open — air car park and playgrounds, automated irrigation.
Area: 99.400 m2
Construction Area: 52.100 m2
